We are seeking a Head of Technology & Innovation for a role that will be based in Malaysia.
This is a high-level technical role with the equivalent responsibility of a General Manager, perfect for someone with an advanced degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or a related field, and several years of related experience.
The ideal person will have a strong scientific and technical background in chemistry or a related field, be familiar with specialty chemical manufacturing processes and technologies, have a knowledge of market and technology trends in the specialty chemicals industry, strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to identify and evaluate new business opportunities, and strong problem-solving skills.
