Summary:
Coordinates the consolidation and reporting of financial statements for company with two entities. Responsible for cash forecast reporting and fixed asset maintenance and reporting for two entities. Responsible for North American reporting & presentations for the VP Finance.

Essential Functions:
Completes, reconciles and reports the Order Intake and Backlog for the entities in both the United States and Canada.
Completes, reconciles and reports the Financials for the entities in USA and Canada.
Collects, completes, validates and reports the 3-month-rolling-forecast for the Region.
Reconciles G/L accounts as assigned.
Works on special etc...
