    Job Description1. Book keeping and accounting: On Tally ERP Latest Version – Cash Flow Statement tracking

    2. Processing of Account Payable Transactions: Receiving and Verifying invoices from supplier, Cheque Preparation and Payments / PDC

    3. Account Receivables processing – Monitoring PDCs

    4. Banking Transactions: Proper Vouching of Receipts and Payments and accounting in Tally
    Preparation of TT requisitions, LC & LG applications etc., and submission for approval to Manager (F&A)/ Directors
    Updating AP - AR Statement on daily basis. Preparing Daily / Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements in Tally on daily basis.
    Maintenance of PDC data and signed cheques under safe custody

    5. Handling Petty Cash:

    Proper Vouching of Receipts and Payments, Preparing Tally Statement and maintaining their records to ensure
    matching with Physical Cash , Handling Employees Expense Claim & Advance Requisition:

    6. Payroll processing:

    7. Supporting logistics:
    Preparation of Pos, Coordinate with Logistics in PO tracking & Update
    Making advance payments where ever necessary as per PO, Verification of LC documents and mailing to supplier
    Tracking open POs, Pending payments and Pending executions

    8. Administerial Jobs:
    Attending phone calls, Ensure smooth running of the office activities, Scheduling and setting up internal and external meetings and events.
    Preparation of internal and external correspondence including e-mail and fax management, memos, reports and other documents..
    Travel co-ordination for top officials and other Employees. Visa, Flight and Hotel arrangements - Maintain filing systems
    Ensure appropriate/sufficient stock and initiate re-order of office stationery.
    Ensuring timely renewal of passport, labour cards, Commercial License, Vehicle registrations,
    Insurance Policies. Prepare and maintain Leave Register and Settlement for staff.
